My Personal Journey

Belonging is More Than a Feeling. It’s a Movement Toward Healing.

This realization was the seed for my journey as a healer. What if we could do more than survive? What if we could thrive?

In the middle of my motherhood journey, I faced a severe health crisis. As I traveled with my family, away from my homeland of Israel, I experienced nearly going blind, depleted strength, and months of being unable to get out of bed. This experience left me feeling isolated and caused me to reexamine how I understood the concept of belonging.

If belonging isn’t a feeling… what is it?

I’m glad you asked! Rather than a feeling, belonging is an inherent connection to a tribe, a family, or a collective consciousness unbound by conditions. It’s the recognition that we are part of something greater, a living entity that thrives when we support each other. Each individual’s pain resonates within the whole, and responding to that collective suffering is not an act of saving but an instinctual movement toward healing.

This newfound understanding, coupled with the belief that I would survive my health struggles and thrive despite them, became the seed for my work of healing others and communities.

For twelve years, I led an online group, using my experiences to guide others toward healing. I later became a wilderness therapist, specializing in "spicy" personalities and complex family systems. Working with individuals facing substance use, I found purpose in helping others navigate their paths through nature.

Today, I am a mother of two teenagers, passionately engaged in community and personal growth. My work revolves around liberation through tribe consciousness, soul work, and nature-based healing practices.

Currently, I reside in a beautiful community in Colorado, where I balance my time between family, training, work, and travel.
